The CHILLI CHICKEN here is AMAAAZING. REQUEST your level spicy. Chicken chunks served in a homemade sauce with Onions, peppers and LOVE. Owner DEEPA present on my several visits greeting with eagerness to serve and a smile and asking how was my previous meal ordered there. There is limited seating inside this positive energy magnet, simple and relaxed. Make a call, say what you want and it will be ready within fifteen minutes after to eat in or take out. Yes, they do have CATERING SERVICE. (Enjoy) Say- ANGEL suggested I order food from #NAMASTEMOMOCOTTAGE (Namaste Momo Cottage) Message me on your experience here.

Friendly service. The chili chicken was standout with a spicy-sweet flavor and they have a good array of momo dumplings prepared steamed or fried

Thums up for 1 dollar? 1 DOLLAR? That's a steal. That's amazing; I have seen no other store that sells Thums up for 1 dollar. The food is hella godly, too. The curry chicken is actually spicy (not "fake spicy" as you'd find in other indian stores) and super filling. The rice they use is not stale and not over spiced either. But best of all, they got Hanuman on their restaurant doors. God's loyalest Devotee to represent this Cottage was a damn smart move. And these people are fast to serve and eager to please just like Sri Hanuman. Worth going to, at least for the dollar Thums Up

We have had their momos and they are delicious! But my favorite are the parathas for breakfast along with a masala tea and to top it off this is a woman owned business and they are so hospitable and sweet! If you are ever in the heights of jersey city they are for sure a spot to check out!

I was driving in Jersey City, and saw a storefront that said Momo. Immediately intrigued, I stopped and went inside this small shop. I am very glad that I did. Run by some very sweet Nepalese ladies, Namaste is a great spot for some deliciously different cuisine. I tried several dishes and they were all tasty. The flavors are sort of like Indian and Chinese mixed together. I had Steamed Vegetable Momo, Steamed Chicken Momo, Paratha with Paneer and Raita, and Egg Thutka. The Momos were both excellent. The dough is thin and the fillings are flavorful. They come with a really fresh homemade dipping sauce. The Paratha was great. You get two large pieces per order, and they have little bits of paneer and herb and spices. They come with some raita for dipping The Egg Thutka is a delicious soup with vegetables, noodles, and cooked egg. The broth was so layered with flavor. (I am obsessed with good broth). The noodles had a nice texture, and the egg bits added some pops of flavor. Also got a Sweet Lassi. No mango here, but I didn't miss it. Delightfully spiced and slightly sweet, this drink beautifully compliments the Nepalese flavors. The food is not cheap, but you get a big bang for your buck. The portions are very generous and the food is delicious. You will probably want to take out, because it's not about the ambiance. However, you will not be disappointed.

There aren't many momo places in the area but I stumbled upon this spot! Love their momos! They have a kick and are super filling. I usually order them ahead through seamless or Uber and it's ready when I arrive for pickup. The only reason I'm giving this place a 4 instead of 5 is because it is pricey for momos, but if you're craving them this is your spot!

Been craving to have momos since quite sometime now. And this place hit the spot. Make sure you call them beforehand for the timings coz Google and yelp have two different times mentioned. The lady who was cooking was really sweet and a generous talker. It's a small deli on JFK Blvd in Jersey city , with ample street parking if you go after 8pm. We ordered steamed vegetarian momos. They came with two dips - a spicy pepper dry dip and a tomato salsa blend saucey. The momo wrapper was so perfectly wrapped around blend of vegetables and paneer , cabbage, onion inside. They came in 10nos. Perfectly steamed. We also ordered Chicken Thukpa which also came with the side of two dips. Freshly made in front us and so soupy and tangy with good amount of chicken and veggies with noodles. They look definitely busy , I could tell coz they had continuously pickups. It's a deli so there's other things to buy and the seating isn't lavish or fancy interiors but I appreciate small places with good food. Definitely going to return and try their chili momos.
